With so many career paths at Penn Gaming, it would be impossible to cover everything within this short introduction. However, to provide some insight into how the company run the hiring process. Let’s take an inside look at the Administrative Interview process:

  • HR Tour of Facilities: The process begins with a tour lead by HR of the facility, you will be together with a group of other job seekers. Take this time to show your interest by asking questions and outshine the other applicants.
  • Tests: After the tour, you will be administered the written test, including math among Hogan pre-hire exams. You will then play a game of truth or lie. It will be up to you to decide if the hiring manager is lying or not. This is a test of your character as a human being.
  • Panel Interview and On-on-One:The final phase is a series of brief one-on-one interviews along with a final panel interview. The process should take around an hour and a half.
