Practice with JobTestPrep’s materials, score high on Omnitracs’ assessment, and leave your competitors behind.
The Omnitracs mathematical reasoning tests assess a range of numerical abilities from basic arithmetic to higher-level mathematical critical reasoning. These tests were designed to determine your ability to comfortably and accurately analyze and solve problems using statistical/ numerical data, as well as your ability to make logical deductions. Both the basic and higher-level mathematical reasoning tests include word problems, number series, numerical reasoning charts (i.e. graph and table questions), and sufficiency questions, however, you will need to be familiar with certain formulas to pass the higher lever mathematical critical reasoning tests as they may not be provided to you during the assessment itself.
Omnitracs uses personality tests in order to evaluate your workplace competencies. If your personality profile happens to match the profile of the job you have applied for, it is likely that you will be offered the position. Keep in mind that although there are technically no right or wrong answers on a personality assessment, certain responses can negatively affect your overall personality profile which can interfere with your ability of obtaining the job you are after.
JobTestPrep has developed a wide range of practice tests able to prepare job candidates to a variety of tests offered at pre-employment assessments. Our resources contain exercises designed to bring your basic math skills, reading comprehension, and problem-solving abilities to new heights. Our tests and drills are always supplied with study guides and answer keys to enable you to identify and eliminate your weaknesses before you take your exam. Therefore, no matter what specific questions your actual test at the company contains, you will be well prepared to pass it successfully and become shortlisted for an interview.
Omnitracs’ interview process is many-fold. After you upload your résumé and cover letter on its website, you will have a phone interview with a Human Resources manager. On the phone interview, expect to answer questions about your education and working history. You may also be asked about the companies for which you worked previously. This interview usually lasts for half of an hour approximately. If your phone interview goes well, you will receive a link to tests that Omnitracs asks its job applicants to take, before it decides whether to move forward with their candidacy. Upon successful completion of the assessment tests, you will be invited for a face-to-face interview in Omnitracs. On this interview, you will meet with your prospective managers who will ask you questions about your professionalism and aptitude for the applied position. Some questions may be situational; in other words, you will need to tell them about the situation where you faced a challenge to which you successfully responded by choosing a specific course of actions. You will sound clearer on your interview, if you answer situational questions according to the STAR format. Provided you were impressive on your face-to-face interview, you will receive an appointment letter from Omnitracs.
Personality tests are used by Omnitracs to evaluate specific personality traits and workplace competencies. There are technically no right or wrong answers in a personality assessment, however, certain responses may negatively impact your overall personality profile for the job being offered.
Omnitracs uses CCAT-style assessment tests to evaluate each of its applicants in specific areas that are crucial to the job being offered. Pre-employment assessments were designed to give your interviewer further insight into your strengths and weaknesses in a workplace setting.
There is no doubt that the CCAT test will directly impact your chances of moving forward in the interview process and it is thus important to prepare thoroughly for every stage of the process. Choose Jobtestprep and enhance your knowledge and skills.
