Prepare for MatrixCare's Tests

There are many stages in the MatrixCare hiring process. They include:

  • Application Process: Select a position from the MatrixCare jobs page and upload your CV or resume.
  • Phone Interview: If your application happens to match the profile of the position you have applied to, you will be contacted for a phone interview with a member of the Human Resources department. Phone interviews are used for the further screening of candidates. Be sure to know your resume in and out.
  • Competency & Skills Test: Many roles within MatrixCare will require some sort of aptitude testing prior to a face-to-face interview.
  • In-Person Interviews: Your face-to-face interviews will either be held one-on-one, or in a group/ panel format.

The assessments that you will need to take and pass during the MatrixCare employment process will depend on the role you have chosen to pursue within the company. The tests that are used throughout this process were designed to evaluate a range of abilities among applicants who have applied for a specific job or role. To ensure your success throughout the psychometric and skills assessments, it is crucial for you to familiarize yourself with the purpose, concepts, format, and answers for each entrance exam.

MatrixCare’s Interview Questions

The interview questions you are most likely to face during the hiring process will be both behavioral and technical in nature. The information that you provide on top of your assessment scores will give your interviewer a better idea of your future performance in the company. See below for examples questions you are likely to be asked during your MatrixCare interviews:

  • Why would you like to work for MatrixCare?
  • What are your long-term professional goals?
  • How would you rate your key competencies for this role?
  • Describe a stressful situation at work and how you handled it.

For answering behavioral questions, it is recommend that you use the STAR interview method.
