Important Facts

The Normal User test is comprised of 30 questions. Most of the questions are basic level and require you to know the most common MS (Microsoft) Word features. These include basic formatting, simple functions, topics regarding MS Word's interface, and more.
A few intermediate and advanced questions may also be found on the test. These questions require a higher level of knowledge and the ability to perform more complex functions, such as Mail Merge, Macro Recording, and more.

The Normal User test represents the tasks that will be required of someone in an entry-level clerical position. It usually includes around 20 basic level questions, five intermediate level questions, and five advanced level questions.
