Important Facts on Kenexa Prove It! Excel Tests

Kenexa holds a question bank divided into basic, intermediate, and advanced level questions. The Power User Excel Test contains 25 questions. On this test, approximately 10 of the questions are basic, five are intermediate and 10 are at the advanced level. As you can see, questions on the Power User test are mostly of intermediate-advanced difficulties. This also means that while the difficulty range is wide enough to include basic formatting features and simple tasks such as Save As... and Printing, a large proportion of the test will still be about more complex tasks such as PivotTables, Macro Creation, and advanced software properties.

JobTestPrep enables you to practice according to your level of expertise and by doing so increase your chances of achieving a high test score.

Practice Modes

There are two practice modes you can use

  • Training: this mode will allow you to "learn while doing" .here you'll find both the 4 full tests mentioned, as well as additional practice drills divided by topic. Unlike "test" mode, Time is not limited, you are allowed to access full explanation at each point and you will get instant feedback after every question.

JobTestPrep's Practice Packs Advantages

The Microsoft Excel software features a huge amount of options and commands. It is impossible to master all of them in a short time. That makes studying for the Power User test with random web presentations and tutorials unproductive and tedious – it would be like studying the entirety of American history just to take a test on the Civil War.

For that reason, JobTestPrep has created practice packs designed specifically to prepare you for the Power User Excel Test, focusing on the topics that are most relevant to the test.

The Practice Packs Includes

  • Two full-length interactive tests – covering all the crucial topics you will need for the test in a step-by-step fashion
  • Additional 180 questions – divided into five tests by topic
  • Two training modes – "testing" allows you to experience an actual test environment, while in "training" mode you can learn while completing the tests.
