Certain psychometric entrance exams may be conducted during the hiring process to determine candidates’ eligibility for the position. The Predictive Index Learning Indicator or Professional Learning Indicator (PLI) test evaluates applicants’ cognitive capabilities, such as the ability to analyze and adapt to new information, plan ahead, and solve problems. The interview assessment stage is comprised of unique questions posed during the face-to-face interview and is mainly competency-based.
