Henry Schein Interview Preparation

A panel or structured interview generally begins with an icebreaker type question to relax you prior to additional questions regarding your work history, salary expectations, what you know about the position being offered, etc. This type of interview is quite formal and will usually end in a Q & A with questions you will pose to the interviewer. It is recommended to have several questions prepared regarding information that may not have been covered during the interview and are not easily answered by looking through the company’s website.

Find Answers to the Most Asked Questions on Online Testing

What Is the Purpose of the Henry Schein Aptitude Tests?

More often than not, a candidate’s resume is not able to paint the full picture regarding abilities and competencies being looked for by Henry Schein. The Henry Schein aptitude tests give more insight into your talents and strengths which are necessary in a workplace setting. If your assessment profile matches the company’s standards for employment, you are more likely to be offered the position you seek.

How is the Verbal Reasoning Test Scored?

Most of the Verbal Reasoning tests do not have a predetermined passing score. Your score is calculated in relation to the scores of other applicants who are vying for similar positions. The number of your correct answers, called raw score, is compared to raw scores of people applying for a position in your area. Such a calculating method can sometimes be disadvantageous, since your correct answers would not necessary bespeak good results. Even if you answer correctly 27 out of 30 questions, your test will not be deemed successful, if it turns out that other job candidates answered 29 questions correctly. If most of the test takers get more questions right than you do, this means that your score on the Verbal Reasoning Test is lower than the average result of your competitors.
