They are an independent company with diverse teams, working to advance their market strategies and optimize production. Hatch employees are passionate and committed to their clients’ success.

Below is an outline of the Hatch recruitment process:

Application: When starting the initial Hatch application process, you can apply online by filling out the form and providing answers on your CV describing your relevant work experience. Other ways of applying are with an employee referral or a recruiter.

Telephone Interview: At the start of the interview process you may receive a phone call from an HR recruiter. You will be asked about your prior experience and be informed about the position’s requirements.

In-Person Interview: Interview styles vary based on the role being applied for. Face-to-face sessions can be performed as personal or group/panel interviews. Hatch interview questions may be based on behavioral and/or technical methods.

Tests: Employers often administer psychometric entrance exams during the recruitment process in order to assess your skills, cognition, and positive qualities. Companies seek out eligible candidates to fill vacant positions by comparing their scores.

Hatch’s CCAT Test

The Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) is a wide-ranging aptitude exam which assesses one’s knowledge, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking. The CCAT practice test is made up of questions which focus on specific subjects, namely logic, math, verbal ability, and spatial reasoning. These tests are timed and provide applicants with an accurate score report of their performance. The CCAT results are determined by a raw score, which is the number of questions answered properly and is made up of results from three sub-categories. These include mathematical, logical, and verbal ability questions.
