Prepare for Flex's Tests

Getting a job with Flex can be difficult, however, preparing yourself for the hiring process beforehand will be you the greatest precursor to your success. Below you will find information regarding the different stages in the Flex recruitment process:

  • Application Process: Whether you are applying for an experienced position, for a spot in a Leadership Program, or as a graduate fresh out of university, you will need to complete your application online.
  • Initial Screening Interview: If your application and resume are found to be suitible for the position or program you have applied for, you will be invited by a recruiter or member of the HR department to participate in a telephone or video/ teleconference interview. Video/ teleconference interviews are often held via Skype.
  • Pre-Hire Assessments: The assessments that you are bound to face during the hiring process will be dependent upon the role you are pursuing within the company.
  • On-Site Interviews: Your final interview or interviews with the company are generally held on-site. In-person interviews with Flex are usually held in a panel format, however, it will be beneficial for you to prepare for each of the following types of interviews: phone, video, one-on-one, group, and panel.
