  • Testing Part 1: After you’ve applied, you will receive an email from HR. Here you will have a personality questionnaire. You can begin to practice the test with us.
  • Pre-Employment Telephone Screening: After you completed the questionnaire, you can expect a telephone call about a week later. An HR personnel will ask you a few basic questions regarding your educational background and professional career.
  • Video Interview: Likely, you will now be asked to take a few video interviews next. These are pre-recorded interviews that you can play at your own leisure.
