Prepare for Experian's Tests

Knowing what to expect during the hiring process is one of the greatest precursors to success. The different steps in the Experian hiring process are:

  • Application Process: You can upload your resume to the Experian career site after selecting an open position.
  • Phone Screening: If your online application happens to be matched with the role you have decided to pursue, a representative from the HR department will contact you for a phone interview. This initial interview will be used to give a review if the company, the responsibilities of the position, as well as your resume.
  • Pre-Hire Exam: Your pre-hire assessments will either be held online or on-site as part of your in-person interviews.
  • In-Person Interviews: Your face-to-face interviews will either be held one-on-one, or in group/ panel.

Experian’s Psychometric Tests

The Experian aptitude test for employment has been described as difficult. Brushing up on the necessary skill sets covered by these assessments will undoubtedly give you an advantage over other applicants who have applied for the same position.

Not only will you find tests for mathematical reasoning, verbal reasoning, abstract and figural reasoning, as well as Excel and Word, our PrepPacks™ also include practice tests and study guides for situational judgment and Experian's personality test. Experian Interview Questions

The questions you are likely to face during your in-person Experian interviews will include a series of behavioral and situational questions. Below are just some examples of questions you may be asked during the interview process:

  • Why would you like to work at Experian?
  • Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
  • How would you handle multiple deadlines?
  • How would you deal with a disagreement with a co-worker?

It is recommended to use the STAR method to answer behavioral interview questions as it will ensure structured responses that are also engaging.
