Diversey Interview

At Diversey, you can expect a regular interview process, which may include an HR screening phone call, a one-one-one screening phone call or alternatively a panel interview depending on the nature of the position. Preparing for an interview always begins with searching for questions that the hiring manager is likely to ask. Here are just a few ideas.

Tips for Interview Questions

  • Can you share something about yourself that you did not mention on the resume? What they are really asking you within this question is ‘will you fit in our company culture.’ Thus the best way to answer this question is to study the company before and give them the answer they want to hear. Additionally, prove to them you not only can do the job but have a passion for it due to your skill-sets.
  • Why did you choose this profession? When asking you this question the hiring manager really wants to see how much you know about the company and industry at large. Take some time before the interview to see what is happening in the news and who is competing against who and of course, make mention of your skill driving you into the profession.
  • What do you think is your greatest strength? You have to play this answer carefully. You don’t want to sound arrogant, but on the other hand, you don’t want to seem weak. Try to phrase it in the third person like “others have said about me..” this way you can describe your skills without sounding like a blowhard.
