Computer Aid Pre-hire Exams

CCAT – Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test

The Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) as one of its pre-employment aptitude tests. The CCAT measures your problem-solving abilities, skill learning capabilities, and critical thinking. It consists of 50 questions, has a 15-minute time limit, and is comprised of three question categories—math and logic, verbal ability, and spatial reasoning. It's important to note that very few people manage to finish the entire test within the time limit.

Can You Explain the SJT Scoring Method?

Situational Judgment Tests (SJTs) are different than a standard knowledge test because the answer is in the eyes of the tester. This means there are a variety of ways by which to answer SJT question and to judge the answers. For instance, a test taker can either pick the best or worst options or rate a list of options according to their perceived effect on the outcome. Grading the answers could either be based on one individual answer or based on a consensus, meaning that test takers may be judged as a group.
