BHP Billiton Recruitment Process

Typically, your initial screening will be conducted over a phone or Skype interview. Afterwards, you’ll be summoned to at least one round of interviews, often held by a panel of BHP Billiton hiring managers. Depending on the job you’ve applied for, aptitude tests may be administered – either as an entrance exam before the interview, or as an additional evaluation method in between stages.

Expect tests inspecting your mechanical aptitude, logical reasoning, accounting skills, as well as personality - take a look at our tests in those fields, containing tutorials and answer guides. BHP Billiton Interview Questions

  • Behavioral questions, discussing how you handle yourself in different work-related situations, for example: How did you work to motivate employees? What do you do when you strongly disagree?
