Becoming a Regions Teller

Applications are submitted online through the official Regions website. The online application takes approximately 20 minutes to complete, and the entire application process takes 3-5 weeks. The assessment test includes math, attention to details (comparing details between checks and spotting errors) and situational questions (presenting a banking scenario between customers and tellers, in which you are asked to choose the preferred response). Candidates who pass the assessment test and are selected to continue in the hiring process will then go through a phone interview with an HR recruiter. Candidates who successfully pass the phone interview will then be interviewed by the branch manager. The interviews mainly focus on customer service and sales experience.
